The International Treasurer has the duty to account for all monies of the Fellowship. He provides receipts and pays all authorized expenses for the organization. Periodic reports in writing on the financial status of the Fellowship are made by the Treasurer that shows fund amounts received, amounts paid out, and funds on hand.
The International Treasurer presents the annual budget of estimated income and expenditures to the Conclave for approval. He serves as chairman of the finance committee and serves as a member of the Executive committee.
